:):) a friend and former mentor at cornell just wrote me yesterday, telling me that she's praying that god will grant me the desires of my heart. well, my first response when i read that was "oh, i just spent most of sunday worship time praying that God will give me the desires of his heart!"

What would be ideal is when the desires of our heart are the same as the desire of God's heart for us. *sigh* can this ever be achieved in this plane of existence?
